1 Information we collect

When you use the booking form or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect:

• Contact details: your name, age, city and country, and WhatsApp number.
• Reading details: the reading type you choose (voice, video or in person) and any questions you ask.
• Photos: photos of your palm or hand, which you send us directly on WhatsApp.
• Payment confirmation: details you send to confirm an advance payment. We do not collect card details on this website.
• Messages: communication with us on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or other platforms.
• Technical data: general information such as browser and device type, collected through server logs and the analytics tools described below.

2 How we use your information

We use your information only to deliver our service:

• Prepare and deliver your palm reading, hand reading or face reading.
• Confirm your booking and discuss pricing, payment and delivery.
• Answer your questions and give support.
• Improve our website and measure how our advertising performs.
• Keep records for our own business and accounting.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making.

3 WhatsApp & delivery of readings

Our booking process is built around WhatsApp. When you submit the form, your details are pre-filled into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send. WhatsApp (owned by Meta) processes that message under its own Privacy Policy. Your voice or video reading is recorded personally by Ejaz ur Rehman and delivered to you on WhatsApp. For in-person readings in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, we arrange the time through WhatsApp.

4 Palm & hand photos

Photos you send are used only to prepare your reading. We do not publish or share them without your explicit permission. If we ever want to use a photo or a client story as a testimonial, we will ask for your consent first.

5 Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run the business, such as WhatsApp, our website host and our email provider, and the advertising and analytics tools in the next section.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• With your consent, in any other case.

6 Cookies, analytics & advertising

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. We may also use the Meta Pixel and Google tools (such as Google Analytics or Google Ads) to measure visits and the results of our advertising. These services use cookies or similar technologies and receive technical data such as page views, device and browser information and, when you submit the booking form, a general "lead" event.

We do not send your name, phone number, age, photos or reading questions to these services. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalisation in your Meta and Google account settings.

7 Data retention

We keep your information only as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, answer follow-up questions and meet our business and legal record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

8 How we protect your data

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, change, disclosure or loss. No method of transmission over the internet or messaging platforms is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9 Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Message us on WhatsApp or email us using the details below.

10 Children's privacy

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.
